Black heads and scars?

i have many scars on my face and i use to have pimples and zits. After poping them or what do ever, they lead black heads and im on a budget right now and im wondering will proactive help? or anykind of protuct afforable under 100 in stores.

if u stick tampons up ur nose, and blow hard, the blackhead will fly out and ur scars will disapear, it will cost less then 100 and u can give the rest of the tampons to ur mom

Have you ever tried a chemical peel, or any skin laser therapy's.
