Acne pimples and black heads?

i have another question i have acne pimples and black heads and i wanna know what can take away black heads and what can stop break outs and whats causing that to happen???whats the best face wash or break out cream to get rid of them once and for all!!!Acne pimples and black heads?
I think that exfoliating once a week or so is important. I use St. Ives medicated scrub. It has betahydroxy acid (salicylic acid) which helps to get the dead cells off. Be gentle with your skin though. Once / twice a week is enough. Use a cleanser like neutrogena gentle cleanser, or proactiv. And don't forget to moisturize even though you have blemishes, just find an oil-free one.





For those blemishes that are full blown, try a drying solution like Mario Badescu drying potion. One dab at night.Acne pimples and black heads?
go to your dermatoloigist. i went and he gave me pills to take and its working a lot better than creams and washes.
