Put your head over a bowl of hot steaming water for a few minutes covered by a towel to open the pores...you'll be able to squeeze it out then

boil water in a pot, and put your face over the steam- supposed to work.

You can use for a black head removal....4 ounces cow manure mixed with 2 ounces kerosene.... stir well and apply to black head...repeat as needed...
