What could i do for black heads?

I am an esthetician (skin care professional) and would not recommend that you try to extract black heads on your own. It's best to visit a reputable spa or salon in your area that offers facials; let the pros take care of it for you so you don't harm your skin by squeezing too hard. If you decide to get a professional facial (a European facial is a good place to begin) - then you can use home care products to help prevent them from coming back too quickly. Unfortunately there is no real ';miracle'; product that is going to make them disappear! Black heads are made of sebum (Oily secretions of the sebaceous glands) - this oil turns grayish when exposed to air thus giving it the name ';blackhead'; - some of them do look black... They tend to show up on people with larger pores, but even people with small pores (like me) have blackheads. It's a good idea to start a daily regimen of cleansing and moisturizing (morning and evening) - and then doing a light exfoliation once every 7-10 days, depending on your skin type and fragility.

I hope this skincare lesson was helpful! Good luck! What could i do for black heads?
There's this GREAT book called Don't Go To the Makeup Counter Without Me. It tells you about skincare and all that stuff.

Well, first wash your face with warm water. Preferably with a towel. Then GENTLY, GENTLY squeeze it. If it doesn't go, then leave it and try the next day. Don't force it or else you'll get a scar. GENTLY. If it works, wash your face again with cleanser and put on lotion. What could i do for black heads?
St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub. It's great on blackheads and preventing acne.
Well go to a salon and do it the right way, you don't want to tear or damage skin which can leave scars. I have tried a European facial followed by a pumpkin mask and it works! Also once a week at home exfoliate your skin.
Spa Treatment for blackheads. Steam your face or wrap it in a hot towel until your skin is soft. Ease the blackheads out of your skin gently. Use an astringent afterwards to close the pores. Moisturize and you are done.
