Black heads hhhhhhhhhhh?

I get a lot of black heads on my back. I scrub my back with soap in the bath twice a day and i still get them.Black heads hhhhhhhhhhh?
Scrubbing your back is great, but if you want to try and get rid of some, try a hot steamy cloth and let it sit on your back. It works for my nose and chin. But continue it regulary who else it wont have much of an effect. Also, try putting cream on it, something that really moisturizes your skin, it works pretty well.Black heads hhhhhhhhhhh?
It's all in genes. Mostly caused due to hormonal imbalance and stress.


Do not over scrub them as it will cause more sebum to be secreted resulting in more blackheads


You can apply lemon juice on them and leave it over night or apply white gram powder paste for 15-20 minutes and wash off with cold water.


Observe good diet and wear loose cotton clothing and drink 15-20 glasses of water everyday.
