I would use well.. I no this sounds crazy but, white toothpaste leave it on there NOT ALOT but, anuff to cover the area then put, a little bandage over it. It drys out the the blackhead and it should work really fast and cheap i no im a teen and i had acne but, Not anymore thatnks to cheap toothpaste!

how is it on your face if it's your son's? Otherwise, just use face scrub, and DON'T pick at it! If it's that bad, a doctor (family or dermatoligist) can take care of them...
