for dark circles, most people think that cucumber is the solution, but raw potato is also very effective.... also, used boiled mashed potato for puffy eyes and wash it off with cold water....
dab lime juice on your nose and let it dry to get rid of blackheads and white heads... and dont let your nose get oily, keep washing your face through the day with a good facewash..I have dark circles %26amp;white %26amp;black heads on my nose.please help me to remove them,?
For BLACKHEADS, try these out:
1) Steam
You could try removing blackheads yourself, but make sure you are gentle, or you may cause scarring. Steam your face for around ten minutes with a steamer, or by placing your face over a vessel of boiling water if you do not have a steamer. Form a tent with your towel over your head and around the bowl, to trap the steam. This opens and softens pores, and makes the blackheads easier to remove. Then take a wad of cotton in both hands, and use the cotton to gently squeeze out the blackheads.
2) Homemade face scrub
Beat up the white of an egg, and add a tablespoon of salt. Apply to your face with your fingertips, massaging gently. Wait for it to dry, and wash off with warm water.
You could also make a scrub by adding salt to a lemon and honey mixture. After scrubbing your face, apply a little yogurt to soothe your complexion and balance the pH level.
Prevention
1) These are temporary remedies, and blackheads will keep re-appearing unless you target the source. Make sure you keep your skin clean, by cleansing, toning and moisturizing it twice a day.
2) Do not apply make up if your face is sweating. Always clean your face before applying make-up.
3) Make sure you wash off all traces of makeup before turning in for the night. Never, ever go to bed with make-up still on, as it contributes to blocking pores, and will lead to pimples and blackheads.
4) Avoid using oil-based make-up if you have oily skin and are prone to developing blackheads.
For DARK CIRCLES, follow these:
1) Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder and a little flour, enough to make a paste. Apply this paste to the under-eye area, and wash off after fifteen minutes.
2) Drink at least ten glasses of water everyday. There is no stressing this enough. If you do not drink at least eight glasses of water everyday, you are not providing your body with as much water as it requires for flushing out toxins. Do not wait until you are thirsty before drinking up. By the time your body cries I'm thirsty!, you are already severely dehydrated.
3) Apply a cold, used tea bag to your eyes. You could also applied used, cold, herbal tea leaves to your eyes, to sooth them.
4) Lie down, close your eyes and apply cucumber or potato slices to your lids. Leave on for ten minutes and remove. Wash the area with cold water. This soothes tired eyes instantly, and helps boost blood circulation in the under-eye area.
5) Apply cucumber juice to your dark circles. Make sure the juice is fresh. You will need to cut a couple of fine slices, and squeeze them to get the juice. Don't remove the skin. Wash off after around ten minutes.
6) Avoid stepping out in the sun, especially between noon to four, when the sun is at its strongest. Wear sunglasses to protect your eyes, and the delicate skin around it, from the harmful effects of UV radiation.
Dark circles could be cause by lack of sleep or allergies. You could try to use a cream before you go to bed and put some cucumbers on them.
as far as blackheads and whiteheads, you need to keep your face very clean and moisturised. exfoliating is also important. you can make a home exfoliating mask using the following: milk, honey, salt (sea salt is best because it has larger grains but regualar table salt will do fine), and oatmeal. mix this into a paist and rub on your face. rinse.
first drink at least 3 glasses of water a day, make this a norm.
second get at least 8 hrs of sleep or at least try to
third avoid the natural remedy stuff, I tried that to the exaggerated and got nowhere. this is what I tried, chilled cucumber slices, papaya puree, purple onion juice, none of that nonsense worked. just people with active imaginations.
Only thing that worked for me was the Extreme Eye Rescue. Like you I had raccoon eyes. After 2 days of use the eye puffiness went away, after 4 weeks of twice applying daily lightened the eyes considerably.
