i have alot on my nose and some on my chin is there anything that will help that not over the counter and wont hurt my walletI have alot of black heads on my nose and chin PLEZ IM DESPRATE FOR HELP!!!?

the only thin i can think of is the biore nose strips or tey getting the instrument that removes black heads . its in the aisle with tweezers and nail clippers
